Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, family-centered care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases.
• Monitor mother and baby throughout labor and postpartum, ensuring safe, evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with OB providers, anesthesiologists, and pediatric teams to deliver seamless care.
• Educate, support, and advocate for patients and families from admission through discharge.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current Oregon RN license (upon hire)
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association
• NRP certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferably in LDRP or perinatal setting).
• Compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented with strong clinical judgment.
